StartUp Wyoming

StartUp Wyoming is a collaboration between the Wyoming Business Council and Silicon Couloir dedicated to supporting founders of high-growth potential companies in Wyoming through:

• sparking innovation;

• fostering collaboration; and

• accelerating growth.

As part of its initial Phase I analysis, StartUp WY completed a six-month listening tour engaging hundreds of stakeholders through in-person interviews and virtual focus groups across all 23 counties.

The resulting needs assessment identified strengths and pain points in Wyoming’s entrepreneurial landscape and examined key recurring themes shared across communities.

These findings will provide the preliminary framework for supporting founders of high-growth potential startups statewide in Phase II.

Public Webinar

A public webinar led by StartUp Wyoming Director Blossom Ko Lumley will be held June 6, 2025 at 10:00am M+DT. The webinar will provide an overview of the Phase I report and a timeline of upcoming programming in Phase II, and engage in community Q&A.
